Executive Assistant

Executive | Edinburgh, United Kingdom | Full Time

Job Description

Who We Are

Administrate builds an online platform that helps training providers save time and money. Our mission is to make our customer’s training operations and training courses run better for less money.
We are a quickly growing, young, energetic company, with an established global customer base, a solid core team, and a clear vision.

Who You Are

You're passionate about what you do. Always searching for a challenge, always looking to improve. Better...stronger...faster.

You'll have had several years of experience as an Executive Assistant, and you know your way around computers, software, and technical tools.  You're comfortable on the phone and have excellent writing skills.  You love to learn.

You're striving for perfection, but grounded in reality, getting the job done comes first, but it's never something to hide behind, because you don't do 'ok'. If something sucks you say why, and how to sort it, it doesn't matter who's being stupid. You're honest to a fault.

You love to work with smart people and hate mediocrity. Small teams, dynamic companies and flexible working environments are what you live for. Bureaucracy is for someone else who likes wasting time and effort.

Work hard. Work smart. Work well.

What You'll Do

You will support our CEO and CCO in all areas, including scheduling, travel arrangements, managing calendars, gate keeping, and generally keeping the trains running on time.

You will help manage our recruiting efforts and be responsible for all HR paperwork and processes.  Our interview process is extremely important to us, and you'll make sure it's an amazing experience for all candidates.

You'll help with day to day office management, be the point person for decisions on purchasing and making sure we have what we need.

What You'll Get

Lots of responsibility and a key role in a fast growing startup that will rely on you and your efforts to be successful.  You will be an ambassador for the company, our brand, and our leadership in your day-to-day role, and you'll get huge satisfaction in knowing that without you, this company wouldn't achieve its goals.

Where We Are

We are located in the Edinburgh CodeBase, at the heart of the Scottish startup scene.
