Business Development Representative

Sales & Marketing | Charlotte, NC | Full Time and Part Time

Job Description

AddShoppers has been a top 10 fastest growing company in Charlotte for the past 2 years as well as a Best Place to Work 3 years running.  We are a customer data and engagement platform designed for B2C brands.  The company is building a team to hunt/qualify leads and assist Account Executives in moving deals through the funnel. You’ll bridge the gap between our marketing efforts and the closers -- plus, you’ll undoubtedly learn a lot along the way.

What You’ll Do:

  • Understand the benefits and capabilities of AddShoppers to evaluate prospect potential

  • Outbound prospecting for new contacts at companies not yet using AddShoppers

  • Outreach to any leads that need further qualification

  • Position AddShoppers products/services against the competition, overcoming technical, budgetary and other sales objections

  • Develop strong customer relationships

  • Pass qualified leads to Account Executives

Who You Are:

  • Interested in pursuing a career in Software Sales

  • Highly motivated and self-sufficient

  • Open and receptive to performing entry-level duties when asked

  • Familiar with Salesforce, or a comparable customer relationship management tool

  • Outgoing personality with top notch conversational skills
