Title: Digital Marketing Coordinator
Type: Full-Time Employment
Location: Remote/West Palm Beach Office
Achieve is seeking a full-time digital marketing coordinator who can develop, implement and manage social media advertising, email campaigns, and support other digital channels for a variety of nonprofit clients. This role will work with a cross-functional team to manage and execute projects that help our clients reach their goals. The ideal candidate will be highly proficient with Facebook’s advertising tools (as well as other social media platforms), Google Analytics, PPC, SEO principles and be accustomed to a fast-paced agency environment. Working knowledge of best practices and trends within digital strategy is ideal.
Role & Responsibilities:
At Achieve, your responsibilities as a Digital Marketing Coordinator will include:
Serving as a day-to-day client liaison on multiple accounts
Expert on clients’ nonprofit organization, services, and marketing needs
Work with clients to develop digital strategies and tactics while troubleshooting client related issues
Working on a team to ensure on-time execution and deployment of digital campaigns
Briefing creative teams, providing direction, and helping to positively influence the work
Monitoring the effectiveness of campaigns, sharing best practices, helping to drive clients’ capacity building, and add value
Preparing and presenting monthly reports based on client-specific goals and budgets

Develop, implement and manage social media strategy for a variety of clients across social platforms:
Compelling content planning, development, and syndication for the intended audience and social platforms
Development and building of highly segmented custom audiences across social platforms
Retargeting strategies, implementation, and ongoing management
Paid social media strategy, budget, content, implementation, and ongoing optimizations
Community management
Social listening
Campaign reporting and analysis

Develop and implement email campaigns for Achieve clients based on best practices
Copy, design, and deployment
Segmentation
A/B testing
Support SEM strategies and tactics for clients, including Google Ads and SEO
Participate in regular client meetings and internal team updates
Minimum Qualifications:
2-4 years of digital marketing experience with people and client management knowledge
Strong communication skills and be able to counsel clients’ top executive management on digital marketing issues
Solid knowledge and hands-on experience in the latest digital media tools, trends, analytics and best practices
Metric-driven with strong analytical skills; knowledge of social metrics and Google Analytics
Ability to multi-task and thrive in a highly collaborative environment
Very strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Self-motivated with strong work ethic; ability to work independently
Knowledge and upkeep of social media trends, networks and best practices
Past copywriting experience is preferred
Additional Desirable Knowledge and Experience:
Past experience fundraising and/or working in the nonprofit sector
Experience with ESP’s such as Constant Contact or MailChimp; familiarity and experience with email automation a plus
Light design & video editing skills a plus (Adobe products incl. Photoshop)
Working knowledge of CMS such as WordPress and Drupal
Requirements:

Must live in the State of Florida
Bachelor’s Degree
