AAA Heating & Air Conditioning has been locally owned and operated since 1989. We focus mainly on residential retrofit with some light commercial as well. We provide maintenance, service, installation, duct renovation, duct cleaning, and Aeroseal for our customers' heating and cooling systems.
About the Maintenance Training Program:
AAA Heating & Air Conditioning is looking for strong candidates (both men and women!) for our Technician Training Program. We are committed to creating a skilled work force in the HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) field through our program. Demand for skilled HVAC technicians is high, and we like to train our technicians from the ground up to make sure you are getting the proper training and education. We are currently accepting applications to fill our open Entry Level Maintenance Technician positions.
What does a Maintenance Technician do?
You will be traveling to customer's homes and performing preventative maintenance on their heating or cooling systems. We find that this is a perfect fit for people who have some retail or sales backgrounds because you can relate to our customers well and are able to educate them on their heating & cooling systems. While performing your daily service for our customers, you'll be expected to provide comfort, health and safety recommendations during the service process.

- Be comfortable with and physically able to climb ladders, work in crawl spaces and attics, and in all weather conditions
- Comfortable using technology, specifically iPads
- Detailed and accurate on paperwork
- Desire to go above and beyond expectations for customers
During your probationary training period of approximately 1-2 months, you will be working Monday-Friday with an 8:30am start time. After that, you can transition to a Tuesday-Saturday 8 hr per day schedule with a 10:30am start time, or Wednesday- Saturday 10 hrs per day schedule with 8:30am start time.
