Associate Product Designer (UX)

Design | Oakland, CA | Full Time

Job Description

Job Summary

As an Associate Product Designer, you'll design intuitive, accessible and easy-to-use interactions and features for many - from the first time user to the sophisticated expert. Achieving this goal requires collaboration and partnership with Designers, Engineers, Support, Marketing and Product Managers throughout the entire design process – from doing research, crafting user flows and wireframes, to building UI mockups, sketches, and prototypes. At each stage, you will anticipate what our users need, advocate for them and ensure that the final product delights them.

You will also provide support to the team when it comes to design operations, such as evaluating new tools when requested, doing design audits and analysis to assist with internal process improvements and design system work.

You will work under the supervision of the Product Design Lead in our Oakland, CA office. You will also collaborate remotely with the other five team members based in Melbourne, Australia.

We welcome applicants with diverse backgrounds. We are looking for someone that is willing to collaborate, learn, and help us bring our design team to the next level.
