TITLE: Business Development Manager

JOB OVERVIEW:

The Sales Representative (or sales rep) is responsible for overseeing the sale of Virtual Assistant and Remote Team Member services from beginning to end. This individual is the direct point of contact for all prospective clients and in charge of ensuring conversion quotas are met/exceeded. The Sales Representative should know their service inside and out and guide clients through the CoreAssist life cycle with the aid of their assigned Sales Assistant.

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

  1. Maintains weekly and monthly minimum goals
  2. Acquires new clients by reaching out to leads through calls, texts, & email
  3. Research clients individual or business needs
  4. Serves existing clients by analyzing gaps in service opportunities
  5. Completes market research and monitors competitor activity
  6. Makes recommendations to clients
  7. Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

  1. Bachelor’s degree (ideal but not required)
  2. 3+ years’ sales experience
  3. Customer service and people skills
  4. Persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills
  5. Ability to meet deadlines and financial goal minimums
  6. Motivation skills and a positive attitude
  7. Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint
  8. Experience using CRM to manage prospects and client data
