Human Resources Coordinator

We are looking for a motivated Human Resources Coordinator to join our dynamic team. An ideal Human Resources Coordinator promotes corporate values and provides administrative support for business success.  The HR Coordinator will administer and coordinate human resource functions including (but not limited to): recruitment, compensation and group benefits, performance management, and training & development.

Responsibilities:

  • Support hiring managers with the recruitment and hiring process including the temporary foreign worker program
  • Support and administer compensation program
  • Provide coordination for training and development opportunities
  • Administer Group Benefits Program
  • Manage employee personnel files
  • Ensure legal compliance through Human Resource Management

  • Self motivated and trustworthy (this role has a high level of autonomy and flexibility)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, listening and negotiation skills
  • Strong ability to manage multiple projects
  • Organized and high attention to detail

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years Human Resources experience
  • Certificate or Diploma in either Human Resources or Business Administration
  • Knowledge and understanding of human resources legislation and employment standards
