Account Director

Sales | Seattle, WA | Full Time

Job Description

10,000ft is looking for an Account Director to help manage our existing customer relationships and grow our business through those relationships. A successful candidate will be strongly self-motivated and comfortable having high-level and consultative discussions with senior executives about their business and operations.

Day-to-day, this role is about wearing many hats. Core responsibilities include answering customer questions, conducting product trainings and giving expert guidance on how 10,000ft solves core business challenges.

Strategically, the outcome of these efforts will be creating long-lasting and engaged product users who want to share their success with others.



  • Manage strategic customer relationships

  • Drive account expansion, upgrades and referrals

  • Organize and maintain a pipeline of potential expansions

  • Contribute to defining the initiatives & methodologies for 10,000ft growth

  • 5+ years of Account Management, Management consulting or Operations experience in software or with an agency

  • BS/BA degree required
