Member Services Manager (12680)

InGenesis is seeking a Member Services Manager to work with our client. In this role, you will lead a team of Member Services Specialists to provide advocacy and direct assistance for current and potential patients as it relates to health care access.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of Member Services Specialists who identify, screen, and assist patients with enrollment who are eligible for Medi-Cal, Covered CA, HealthPac, CalFresh, and other programs.
• Lead Member Services collaboration with other teams.
• Accountable for Member Services SLAs and other metrics around effectiveness and efficiency.
• Provide direct assistance and advocacy for current and potential patients to gain access to health care coverage.
• Provide accurate member services enrollment data and monthly reports as required.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or additional years of experience beyond the minimum required.
• Five (5) years of related experience in Member Services functions in a healthcare organization.
• Two (2) years of supervisory experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Experience and Skills:

• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Preferred experience is 1-2-1, One E-App, EPIC, or other medical practice management programs.
