Director of Operations

Caldera Medical is actively seeking a Director of Operations to support Caldera Medical’s rapid growth. This role is a critical member of the management team.

Qualifications:

  • 10 years of experience; must have direct experience in manufacturing, supply chain, and engineering
  • 4 years of management experience in supply chain, manufacturing or engineering
  • Experience on product development teams
  • Experience scaling up manufacturing/supply chain
  • BS Degree in Engineering

Responsibilities:

  • Drive new product development using agile product development methodologies
  • Lead product development, manufacturing, & supply chain teams
  • Scale up operations departments to support growth
  • Integrate acquisitions into Caldera’s operations structure
  • Monitor inventory levels and implement effective demand forecasting and inventory management processes to prevent backorders
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocations to achieve milestones within defined constraints
  • Collaborate with peers to drive alignment around and achievement of company objectives
  • Develop and implement strategies to meet COGS targets
  • Ensure supply chain and manufacturing capacity exceeds demand

Competitive Compensation:

  • $210,000 Base Salary
