A leading university is seeking a Facilities Coordinator. The successful candidate will be tracking, moving and labeling bins. The company offers a great work environment!
Facilities Coordinator Pay and Benefits:
- Hourly pay: $24/hr
- Worksite: Leading University (Stanford, CA 94305 - Onsite)
- W2 Employment, Group Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Retirement Savings Program, PSL
- 8-40 hours/week, 4 Month Assignment
Facilities Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Counting the number of bins, lids, and labels needed by the floor of each building by looking at a base map.
- Pre-labeling the bins with sticky labels
- Pre-sorting and staging the number of bins, lids and labels per floor including writing on a piece of paper what is included in each stack and which floor it goes to
- Moving and staging bins through hallways using gondolas, wheeled carts, and wagons to the correct floor of a building.
- Lifting and placing bins in the correct room with the proper lid and label. Labels must follow standards and be straight.
- Removing old bins and stacking them in hallways
- Moving bins to the next staging locations and keeping track of what else needs to be brought to the next buildings.
Facilities Coordinator Qualifications:
- Must be able to work independently.
- Must be able to adapt quickly in a rapidly paced environment.
- A driving license is a plus.
Shift:
- This is an on call position requiring flexibility with days and times.
- The hours could be anywhere from 8-40 hours a week.
